Profile Features
Profile™ communicates with a wide range of different RTU over different network topologies, collating real time data and reports to a centralised server and presenting it with a common interface that can be accessed online with a web browser.

Real Time
View up to date information in real time from any RTU in your browser. Profile™ will locate the RTU for you and will instantly display its data no matter where it is in the world. Make changes to the set points and limits and they will be immediately updated in the RTU.
Reports
At regular intervals, Profile will connect to each RTU in turn and will download its report data either as a native RTU generated report or as raw data. These reports are stored in the Profile database. Reports can be printed, archived to disk or sent via email. Easily find archived reports by selecting them from a graphical calendar.
Alarms
Springing onto the screen whenever a new alarm occurs, Profile™ quickly makes it obvious that there has been an event somewhere on the system and takes you straight to the problem area. View and accept alarms for just one site or multiple sites or manage alarm notification via email.
Audit Trail
As new events occur in the RTU, they are automatically recorded in Profile™. Events from multiple RTUs are chronologically interlaced and instantly searchable.
Historical Data Analysis
Profile™ allows the data it has collected to be filtered based on user defined criteria. Data matching this criterion can be displayed as a chart or as a table and can even be exported into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
Acquire™
Link Profile™ to Acquire™ to get seamless integration between the two packages. One click transfers you from Profile™ directly to the Acquire™ P&ID. Acquire™ automatically transfers historical data, reports and alarms straight into Profile™ for centralized data management.
Configuration
Very easy setup with drag and drop interface lets you build data screens, reports and alarms with no programming skills needed. Once a configuration has been created it can be easily shared between similar RTUS.
Web Browser Interface

Inventory™ Equipment Database
Profile™ has a built-in equipment database, called Inventory™, that tracks all equipment involved on the metering station. Equipment is represented in an intuitive navigation panel that reflects the hierarchy of the site. Information such as the manufacturer, model or type, serial number, date of installation, history of usage, last calibration date and location on the plant is all tracked for every piece of equipment regardless of whether it is in active service, in stores, off site for maintenance or repair or no longer used. This equipment data can be shared between other applications in the Metrology™ suite.
