Modems can be setup with their communications
settings.

Specify the fields as follows:

Description |
| This is the name used to identify the
modem. |
| This is the serial port that the modem
is connected to. |
| This is the baud rate settings used
to communicate with the modem (not the RTU). This is normally set
to be as high as possible. |
| These are the number of data bits required
to communicate with the modem (not the RTU). This is normally set
to "8". |
| These are the number of stop bits required
to communicate with the modem (not the RTU). This is normally set
to "1". |
| This is the parity required to communicate
with the modem (not the RTU). It is normally set to "None". |
| This is the period of time allowed before the dialling times out. This is entered in seconds. |
