Adding a Modbus Server
Specify the fields as follows:
| Field | Description |
| Location | Location of the modbus server |
| Protocol | Specify Ethernet or Serial |
| Mode | Specify RTU or ASCIL |
| Slave ID | Slave address |
| Server Mode | Real Time or Historical |
| IP Address | IP address of the modbus server |
| Port | Port number of the modbus server |
| Timeout (secs) | Timeout set for not receiving replies |
| Streams | Number of streams |
To save the modem settings:
- Click the 'Save' button.
To discard changes to the modem settings:
- Click the 'Cancel' button.
