Alarms are special fields that have been defined in the RTU. A value in an alarm field of the RTU of 1 or greater indicates that the alarm is active.

To view the list of alarms:

• Select an RTU configuration.
• Click the 'Alarms' button in the black bar.

To add an alarm (custom RTUs only):

• Add the relevant field in the RTU.
• Ensure that the alarm checkbox is ticked.

The alarm will automatically be created when the field is saved.

To edit alarm settings:

• Double click on the alarm in the list.

To delete a configuration:

• Find the corresponding field for the alarm in the field list.
• Ensure that the alarm checkbox is unticked.
