A collection of Stations comprising of one or more STATIONS.
A Site is the top level element of the Inventory Menu. It can only be editted if you have enough access privileges to do so.
To make changes, click on the Site name at the top of the Inventory Menu.
Click the 'Edit' button at the bottom of the Inventory Menu.
NOTE: If entries have been made against any element in the Inventory Menu, the Site record will be locked and it will not be possible to change the Site name.
Type the name of the Site into the 'Area' field.
To associate a picture (either a photo, picture, or drawing) with the system click the 'Browse...' button next to the picture field. The browser will then ask you to locate the picture file. This picture should be either a JPEG or GIF file.
If the picture has an image map then this too can be uploaded. To find out how to create an image map click here.
Once your changes have been made click the 'Save' button. To discard any changes click the 'Cancel' button at the bottom of the screen.
