Allocating the Audit

Once the audit has been released by the Measurement Co-ordinator, the Lead Auditor can allocate the audit to an Auditor, who will enter the audit findings.

  • Select the station to which the audit applies in the Inventory Menu.
  • Click the Inspect Menu in the Module Bar and choose Audit Reports.
  • Click the appropriate audit report in the Audit Reports list.
  • Click the 'Go to Audit' button on the Audit Overview screen.
  • Enter your user name and password.

The Audit Overview screen is then displayed to allow you to allocate an auditor:

  • Select an auditor from the Auditor pop-up menu and click the 'Save' button to allocate the Auditor.

The audit will be allocated to the specified auditor, and the Auditor will be notified by email that the audit is ready to be edited.
