Editing the Audit
To edit an audit:
- Select the station to which the audit applies in the Inventory Menu.
- Click the Inspect menu in the Module Bar and choose Audit Reports.
- Click the appropriate audit report in the Audit Reports list.
The Audit Overview screen will be displayed.
- Click the 'Go to Audit' button.
- Enter your username and password.
The Audit Overview screen will then be displayed in a new window:

The Audit Overview screen shows a summary of the audit, and the buttons in the Database Bar allow you to edit the Introduction, Audit Criteria, or add findings to the audit.
Editing the Audit Overview
To edit the audit overview:
- Click the 'Edit' button on the Audit Overview screen.
This allows you to edit the fields on the Overview screen as follows:

The start date for the audit. |

The end date for the audit. |
| Operating Company |
The operating company for the audit. |
| Metering Type |
The type of meter used for the audit. |
| Customer Ref. |
The customer reference number. |
| Auditor Ref. |
The Auditor reference number. |
| Audit Company |
A pop-up menu allowing you to specify the company conducting the audit. |
| Auditor |
A pop-up menu allowing you to allocate an auditor to the audit. |
| Audit Status |
The current status of the audit; not editable. |
When you have edited the Audit Overview fields:
- Click the 'Save' button to save the changes or the 'Cancel' button to return to the previous screen without saving changes.
Entering the Introduction
To enter or edit the audit introduction:
- Click the 'Introduction' button on the Audit Overview screen Database Bar.
The Audit Introduction screen will be displayed to allow you to enter or edit the Introduction and add, edit, or delete meeting at attendees:

Specifying Meeting Attendees
To add a meeting attendee:
- Click the 'Add Attendee' button.
The following dialogue box allows you to specify the attendee name, company name, and job title:

- Click the 'Save' button to save the attendee.
- Click the 'Save' button to save the Audit Introduction.
Editing the Audit Criteria
To edit the audit criteria:
- Click the 'Criteria' button on the Audit Overview screen Database Bar.
The Audit Criteria screen will display a summary of the audit criteria:

- Click the 'Edit Criteria' button to display the Edit Criteria screen.
Then edit the criteria in the same way as for defining a new audit. For more information see Editing the Audit Criteria.
Audit Entry
To enter audit findings:
- Click the 'Audit Entry' button on the Audit Overview screen Database Bar.
This allows you to pass or fail audit criteria, add comments, and add attachments. For more information see Entering the Audit Findings.
