To show a list of audit findings for a station:
- Select the station in the Inventory Menu.
- Click the Inspect Menu in the Module Bar and then choose Audit Findings.
The Audit Findings screen shows all the findings for all the audits applicable to the selected station, in chronological order by audit number:
Initially the Audit Findings list shows only outstanding findings, but you can choose to show closed findings and/or other findings by clicking the appropriate checkboxes at the bottom right of the Audit Findings list.
Audit Findings for a Single Audit
To show the audit findings for a single audit:
- Select an Audit from the Audit Reports list.
- On the Audit Overview screen click the 'Findings' button at the right-hand end of the Database Bar.
The Audit Findings screen shows a summary of the findings associated with an audit together with any comments or attachments:
This shows the following information:
| Column | Description |
| Section | The section number of the item associated with the finding. |
| Finding | The text of the finding, comment, or attachment. |
| Classification | The standard classification of the finding. |
| Category | The risk factor of a finding, or Comment or Attachment as appropriate. |
A checkbox to the right of each finding in the list indicates whether the finding has been resolved.
Audit Finding Detail
To display detailed information about a finding:
- Click the finding in the Audit Findings list.
