Viewing Audit Reports
A series of audits can be performed on each of the stations in the Inventory Menu. An audit report is available summarising the findings of each audit.
To display a list of audit reports:
- Select the station in the Inventory Menu.
- Click the Inspect menu in the Module Bar and then choose Audit Reports.
A list of audit reports will be displayed for the station selected in the Inventory Menu:

This shows the following information about each audit:

Description |
| Audit No |
The number of the audit in chronological order. Click the ^ symbol to reverse the sort order. |
| Audit Date |
The date of the audit. |
| Station |
The station the audit applies to. |
| Auditor |
The login name of the auditor allocated to the audit, or unallocated if no auditor was allocated. |
| Issues Found |
The number of audit criteria that failed in the audit. |
| Open Issues |
The number of issues found that remain unresolved. |
| Factor 1-6 |
The number of issues found by factor. |
| Audit Status |
The stage reached by the audit: one of New Audit, Ready, Active, Reviewed, Complete, or Published. |
Creating a New Audit
If the user has access to create audits on the station then an 'Add' button will be available at the right-hand end of the Database Bar.

Printing a List of Audit Reports
To print a list of audit reports:
- Click the 'Print' button at the right-hand end of the Database Bar.
This displays a list of the audit reports in a separate window suitable for printing.
When you have printed the list:
- Click the Close box to close the window.
Plotting a Chart
You can plot an audit chart showing the number of findings in each of the listed audit reports, classified either by factor or by classification; see Viewing Reports Graphically.
Audit Overview
To display an overview of an audit in the Audit Reports list:
- Click the text in any column of the Audit Reports list.
