To show a list of available calibrations for an item of equipment:

• Select the item in the Inventory Menu.
• Click the Calibrate menu in the Module Bar and then choose Available Calibrations.

The Available Calibrations screen shows all available calibrations that have been set up on the system, including both scheduled and unscheduled calibrations. Overdue calibrations are shown in red.

Clicking any element in the Inventory Menu shows all calibrations for the selected item and all items below it in the hierarchy.

The Calibrations can also be searched by entering a keyword into the search box and clicking the 'Go' button. The search can be reset by clicking the 'X' button.

Clicking a column header sorts the Available Calibrations list based on the selected column. Clicking the sort indicator reverses the sort direction of the list.

Note: To ensure that the calibration schedule is as responsive as possible Calibrate™ will only show 100 records when first displayed. To see more entries than this, a search must be performed after which the 100 entry restriction is lifted.

Performing Calibrations
To perform a calibration:

• Click a calibration in the Available Calibrations list.

Performing Ad Hoc Calibrations
To perform an Ad Hoc calibration click on the required calibration in the Calibrations list and then in the next screen click the 'Ad Hoc' checkbox

Note: Performing ad hoc calibrations do not affect the dates for any future scheduled calibrations

Setting Up Calibrations
If the user has access to set up calibrations on the station then a 'Setup' button will be available at the right-hand end of the Database Bar.

To set up a new calibration:

• Click the 'Setup' button.
