Calibrations

One or more calibration procedures can be set up for each of the items of equipment in the Inventory Menu. Each calibration procedure can include a schedule, in which case the calibrations will automatically appear in a list of scheduled calibrations for the equipment.

Although calibration procedures are set up for a particular piece of equipment, they are associated with the equipment tag so that the item of equipment can be changed for an equivalent item while retaining the calibration.

To display a list of calibrations:

Click the Calibrate menu in the Module Bar and then choose the appropriate option.

The following options are available:

Option	Description
Available Calibrations	Shows a list of the overdue, next scheduled, and future scheduled calibrations which can be performed for the item. For more information see Available Calibrations.
Calibration Schedule	Shows a list of all calibrations for the current month, or a selected month, in a calendar format. For more information see Calibration Schedule.
Calibration History	Shows a list of skipped, failed, or past calibrations. For more information see Calibration History.

Calibration Information
For each calibration the following information is displayed:

Icon
The icon indicates the type of calibration:

Icon	Name	Description
	Overdue	The scheduled date of the calibration has passed.
	Next scheduled	This is the next scheduled calibration for the item.
	Future scheduled	The calibration is not yet due.
	Skipped	A scheduled calibration has been skipped.
	Failed	The calibration has been performed and it failed.
	Passed	The calibration has been performed and it passed.

Date
The date the calibration was performed.

Calibration
The name of the calibration.

Location
The location of the calibration in the Inventory Menu.

Equipment (Calibration History only)
The item of equipment that the calibration was performed on.

Status (Calibration History only)
The result of the calibration.
