Server Preferences - Web Site

Acquire's ™ web site can be configured to use a different graphical look and feel.

The following settings are available in the Website tab:

Field	Description
Web Folder	The Theme is the graphical look and feel of the site. By default Acquire ships with its own theme, but it can equally be made to have a customised look and feel. This can reflect the system integrator's graphical style or the end users. Themes are available from Ambrit Ltd as an optional extra. If you have been sent your custom theme, drop it into Acquire™'s webfolder folder. Once installed you can select your theme from the 'Web Theme' popup menu. The next time that you reload your browser the new theme will be used.
Support Page	As a system integrator you can also select a home page. This will appear in the Ambrit menu at the bottom right hand side of the browser window.
Users Timeout If Inactive	Web page users are logged out after a period of inactivity. This feature allows this feature to be suspended.
Timeout Period	Allows the period of inactivity after a user will be automatically logged out.
Enable DNS Server	If running a redundant Acquire server, this option allows web page serving to be shared between the primary and secondary servers. The feature activates a simple DNS server within Acquire when run on an intranet that has no DNS Server already present. Acquire is then accessible from a browser using the URL for Acquire that has been set in the key file. This also replies upon the computer the browser is running to have Acquire set as the DNS server.
