Custom Reports
Use the Custom Report window to configure a custom report.

| Give your report a name. This name will be reflected in the report menu. |
| This is set to 'Custom Report' |
| Use this field to set how often you want the report to be generated. |
| Set the base time for the report. |
| Select 'Display Fields Vertically' to generate a report where the selected fields for the specified reporting
period are presented vertically on a single page report. |
| Acquire™ gathers data from flowcomputer at regular intervals by taking samples of all the fields
specified on the report and appending them as a row on the report. Use this field to set how often the
sample should be taken. |
| If the 'Archive' checkbox is selected then the report will be saved as a text file on the disk in the
Reports directory at the end of the report's period. |
| If the 'Print' checkbox is selected then the report will be printed at the end of the report's period.
The report will be printed to the Acquire server's currently selected printer. |
| If the 'Email' checkbox is selected then the report will be emailed to a specified email address at the
end of the report's period. The report format can be specified as either text, PDF or HTML.
Note: Ensure that the sender's email address has been set up as a valid address otherwise the report will
be rejected by the recipient's mail server. |
Note: If the server has multiple languages installed, then Acquire™ will show the 'Quick Translate' button next
to the field. Clicking on this button will allow the translation to be entered for the phrase.
To add fields onto the report:
- Double click any vacant field on the screen to open the 'Field Properties' window.
- Select the field to add from the field properties box.
- Click the 'OK' Button.
Up to 16 fields can be included on a single report.
Each field is shown as a column on the report eg:

on the report and will automatically close up any unused space.
To delete a field from the report, either:
- Drag it to the bin icon.
or
- Right click on it and select 'Delete'.
Other fields will automatically be reordered.
