Flowcomputer Reports

Flowcomputer generated reports can be gathered from Omni and S600 flow computers.

Use the Flowcomputer Report Window to select which report should be downloaded and the reporting interval.

Omni:

S600:

Field	Description
Name	Give your report a name. This name will be reflected in the report menu.
Type	The types of report that are available will depend on the type of flowcomputer that you are connecting to. Selecting different report types affect the kind of reports that are available in the 'Reports' menu.
Period	Use this field to set how often you want the report to be generated.
Base Time	If the period is not set to 'request only' a base time needs to be set. This is the time the report should be generated.
Report	Choose the 'Report' from this menu. The reports available are based on the report type that were selected earlier.
Wait period	Some reports have a 'Wait Period'. This is the amount of time that Acquire™ should wait before trying to download the report data after requesting it. This is required because the flowcomputer does not give an indication of when the report is available for collection.
URL (S600 only)	This URL is auto-generated by Acquire.
URL Range (S600 only)	Most reports will be generated on the interval and the URL Range should normally be set to zero. The URL Range allows Acquire to gather the report in the event of the S600 introducing delays.
Archive	If the 'Archive' checkbox is selected then the report will be saved as a text file on the disk in the Reports directory at the end of the report's period.
Print	If the 'Print' checkbox is selected then the report will be printed at the end of the report's period. The report will be printed to the Acquire server's currently selected printer.
Email	If the 'Email' checkbox is selected then the report will be emailed to a specified email address at the end of the report's period. The report format can be specified as either text, PDF or HTML. Note: Ensure that the sender's email address has been set up as a valid address otherwise the report will be rejected by the recipient's mail server.

Note: If the server has multiple languages installed, then Acquire™ will show the 'Quick Translate' button next to the field. Clicking on this button will allow the translation to be entered for the phrase.
