| This is the field name. This is selected from the scrolling list below. As letters are typed into the
field dialogue box, the alphabetical list of fields is re-ordered so only fields that match the entered
text are shown. The list of fields can be searched for a key word by entering that key word in the field
box and clicking the red search button to the right of the box. The field list will then list all the
fields that contain that key word. Alternatively, the user can click on the field in the scrolling area
to select it. If you know the field number of the modbus address you can type it straight in to the
'Field' box. Ensure that the 'Show All Fields' radio button is selected otherwise you may not find the
field that you are looking for. |
| Indicates if entering a new value in the sidebar can change the field value. The field will only be enterable
if the user has the necessary security levels assigned. By default Acquire™ honours the security settings
of the flowcomputer, but these can be overridden in the Edit Fields screen. |

line plot for that field on the chart. To change the colour, click on the colour block; keep the mouse
button down while selecting the new colour from the revealed palette. To select, release the mouse button.
Tip: If six chart items have already been selected but the user wants to replace one of them, unclick

Show On Chart
The 'Show On Chart' check box is to the right, checking the on chart box will include that field on the ten minute snapshot
graph or the chart. When the 'Show On Chart' check box is checked, a coloured box appears to the right. The colour of
this box is the colour of the line on the graph that will be plotting this fields values. To change the colour, click
on the coloured box, holding down the left hand mouse key. With the mouse button held down, move the mouse over another
