Batch Schedule

Viewing the Batch Schedule

The batch schedule can be viewed in the batches screen, to view the Batch Schedule either:

  • Click on 'Batches' in the bottom navigation panel.
  • or

  • Select 'Batches…' from the 'Acquire' menu.

The batch schedule list will show a list of all active and pending batches shown in chronological order.


Active batches are shown with the date and time for when the batch completed. Future batches are shown with just their date.

An unlimited number of batches can be setup in the schedule.

Adding A Batch

To add a batch:

  • Click the 'Add' button. This will open the 'Batch Setup' screen.

Editing A Batch

To edit the batches:

  • Double click on the batch line. This will open the batch record. The screen shown will depend on the status of the batch.

If the status is "Pending" then the 'Batch Setup' screen will be shown.

If the status is "Loading" then the 'Batch Results' screen will be shown.

If the status is "Complete" then the 'Batch Reports' screen will be shown.

Removing Batches

To remove a batch:

  • Highlight the batch you want to remove and click the 'Delete' button. Once deleted, subsequent batches will be shuffled up one position.

Only pending batches can be deleted. It is not possible to delete loading or completed batches.

Viewing Completed Batches

To view a list of completed the batches:

  • Click on the 'Complete' radio button under the batch schedule list.

This will display a list of all historical batches. It will start by showing the batches completed today. To view batches from previous days, click the 'Calendar' button and then select the day from the calendar.
