METCO and Ambrit Ltd. have a technology alliance collaborating on the Metrology™ suite of software products developed by Ambrit and marketed by METCO under a world-wide agreement since 2001. These products are now used extensively throughout the industry streamlining the management of metrology assets.

Omni Flow Computers, Inc.
In July 2003 Ambrit Ltd., in co-operation with Omni Flow Computers Inc., launched an Omni version of Acquire™. This version carries the Omni badge and is available exclusively, world wide from Omni Flow Computers Inc. Omni's Acquire™ has been developed to work with the full range of Omni flow computer technology. This technology alliance continued with the introduction in 2004 of OmniView® an entry level version of Acquire™ available only from Omni enabling Omni users to create a low cost HMI with Acquire™ attributes. This is a valued relationship that brings benefits to both companies.
