P&ID
Graphically monitor the whole process in real time from the HMI in one clearly laid out and easy to read screen. Clicking on any device on the P&ID shows more detailed information about it along with a 10 minute chart snapshot. You can customise the P&ID with drag-and-drop ease.
Real Time
View up to date information in real time from the metering station in your browser from anywhere in the world. Make changes to the set points and limits and they will be immediately updated in the flowcomputer. This real time information is also recorded in chart format.
Reports
Scheduled reports, snapshot reports and custom reports are automatically downloaded from the flowcomputers and stored in the Acquire™ database. Reports can be printed, archived to disk or sent via email. Easily find archived reports by selecting them from a graphical calendar.
Alarms
Springing onto the screen whenever a new alarm occurs and accompanied by an audible alert, Acquire™ quickly makes it obvious that there has been a problem on the system. View and accept alarms or manage alarm notification via email.
Audit Trail
As new events occur in a flowcomputer they are automatically recorded in Acquire™. Events from multiple flowcomputers are chronologically interlaced and instantly searchable.
Provers
Initiate prove sequences with just a single click and then watch each stage as the prove progresses with animated prover graphics and real time updates. Prove run data and prover reports are collected at the end of the prove run and are automatically stored in the database.
Batch Reporting
Effortlessly schedule your batches in the flowcomputer from your browser, then watch as each batch progresses. When the batch completes, Acquire™ automatically downloads the batch report, and stores it in the database
Tanks
Monitor your tank farm from your browser. Up to 16 tanks can be displayed on a single P&ID with graphical representation of levels, direction of movement and alarms. Detailed information is also available for each tank.

User Access

Multi-Lingual
Acquire™ will dynamically translate the interface to reflect the native language of the user, including script languages such as Arabic, Russian and Chinese. Multiple languages can be used simultaneously.
Redundant Server
Ensure maximum availability with dual Acquire™ servers, where both servers are active and are automatically kept in sync. Should one of the servers withdraw itself from service then the user is quietly transferred to the other server, with just an alarm raised. When the server comes back online, it is automatically updated with the data it missed.
Redundant Networks
Maintaining communications to the flowcomputers is essential. Adding a second network card in each flowcomputer helps keep things running smoothly at all times. Acquire™ automatically monitors the state of each network and automatically switches if there is a failure in one.
Duty / Standby Flowcomputers
The flowcomputer is the fiscal point of the system. Adding a pair of flowcomputers ensures that the metering station can still run even if a flowcomputer has gone down. Acquire™ monitors both flowcomputers and automatically switches to the standby machine if the duty machine fails.
Native Flowcomputer Support
It doesn't matter what kind of flowcomputer you use, Acquire™ will automatically build a comprehensive HMI for it. Acquire™ has native support for all major types of flowcomputers including the Omni 3000 / 6000, Omni RMC / LMC, Daniel S600, Emerson's FloBoss 103 and ROC 809 and the Solartron 7951/7955. PLCs and smart instrumentation can also be included.
Modbus Server
Seamlessly share data gathered from any connected flowcomputer to other computers using Modbus. Real time data from the field can be sent straight to the DCS.
OPC Server
Send and receive flowcomputer data to and from any OPC client using the built in OPC server. Any real time data from the field can be sent straight to a DCS or even Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
Scripting
Extend the capabilities of Acquire™ by using the built-in scripting feature to apply formulas to fields from one or more flowcomputers. Ideal for producing station totals, customised report values or for creating your own alarms.
Time Synchronisation
Keep all your flowcomputers running with the same system time for an accurate picture of daily events. The flowcomputers clocks can be synchronised from the server time, network time or from a designated flowcomputer.
